This pull request introduces a new field to the
OrchestratorResponsemessage in theprotos/orchestrator_service.protofile to support partial (chunked) completions. This allows the backend to indicate whether a response is a partial result and should keep the work item open until the final chunk is sent.Enhancement to response protocol:
